Valid’s work in Sri Lanka has included:
- Training the Ministry of Heath staff on “Nutrition in Emergencies”
- Reviewing the status of nutritional rehabilitation activities, and support for the roll-out of Community-based Management of Acute Malnutrition (CMAM), in-country
- Acceptability trial of new recipe Ready to Use Therapeutic Food
Valid’s main partners included Nutrition Works and the Inter-Agency Standing Committee on Nutrition and UNICEF Regional Office for South Asia (ROSA).
